About Paul

Paul Wilburn founded and led the Basehor‑Linwood School District’s orchestra program beginning in 1999, serving as the district’s sole strings teacher for over 27 years. First City Violin Studio brings that legacy into a focused, one‑on‑one setting where students develop technique, musicality, and confidence.
